In case of regretful returns, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days.
The first step is to contact us via email or provide your order number, we will generate a return code and send you the necessary information so you can return the order.
Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the total amount paid.
If the warranty is used by default, please contact us via email at contact@danarosa.com.
We will need you to explain what defect the product is presenting and we will issue a postage code so that we can repair the product and send it back to you, free of charge.
If you wish to polish any piece, simply get in touch via email contact@danarosa.com, we will generate an order in which you will only pay for transporting the product to one of our offices closest to your home, we will generate a postage code and We will carry out the polishing at no cost.
We will not issue refunds and the product will be available for customer collection in the following situations:

– Signs of accidental or provoked damage.
