Shipping Policies

Immediately after payment confirmation, purchased products are sent to the address registered at the time of payment confirmation.

Delivery time – 2 working days after dispatch. These are maximum deadlines, generally our orders arrive before these deadlines.

Note: All shipping options are carried out by the Post Office, so delays may occur in the event of a strike.

Payment confirmation: It is carried out automatically by your payment platform and is what validates the purchase on our website. For payment to be confirmed, you need to complete your purchase and enter your billing details, which can be by credit card, direct debit, bank slip or PIX. Payment confirmation may take 1 to 3 business days to complete, depending on the rules of the payment gateway and card brands.

All deadlines are expressed in business days: In this case, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not taken into account when calculating the delivery time.

Your tracking code will be sent after Logistics Processing of your order and shipping from the supplier. The delivery time starts after shipping.

If the address provided at the time of purchase is incorrect, the product will be returned to the supplier. Upon entering the correct address, the merchandise will be sent to the buyer.
